It’s simple, review the options below, contact via email / phone or booking link (if provided) and use the reference detailed to access Cherish preferred rates.

You will need a card to guarantee the rooms but payment may not be taken until your stay. Please take note of cancellation terms and conditions and should your plans change, be sure to cancel before the cancellation period to avoid charges.

Remember to take a note of your confirmation number when booked, and keep it safe. The venue will issue a confirmation direct to the email provided at time of booking – so keep a look our for that!

No confirmation email? please check your spam and if you can’t locate it please contact the hotel who can resend this quoted your confirmation taken at the time of booking.

Need to make a change? No problem, you have minimum 30 days days prior to check in to do this without charge or fees. Please contact the Hotel directly. Please ensure all bookings are correct and that you understand your preferreed Hotels’ unique terms and conditions. NK Events accept no liabaility or responsibility for bookings made direct with the hotel

Bookings changed or cancelled outside of the hotels cancellation window will be charged in full.
