I booked a hotel for 2020/21 event, will my booking automatically transfer to 2022?
No. If you wish to make a booking for 2022 you will need to book again. Hotels, rates and terms are all subject to change. 
I booked a hotel in Leeds will I be charged?
No. All rooms in Leeds have been cancelled on your behalf. There is no action for you to take.
How do I cancel my booking for Leeds?
Don’t worry. We have done this for you. Your room in Leeds has been cancelled without any fees or charges. 
Can I book a room with you directly?
No. Individual room bookings must be made direct with the hotel. Unless you are booking Premier Inn or a group of 8+ rooms then please email bookings@nkevents.co.uk
Will I have to pre-pay for my rooms?
No. All rooms booked require a card on reservation to guarantee the room. This will be charged if rooms are not cancelled within the hotels cancellation terms. Please make sure you understand what they are. NK Events accept no responsibility for late cancellations.
How will payment be taken?
All rooms will be paid for directly with the hotel. The Hotel will confirm upon reservation.
Can I cancel my booking?
3You have until up to 60 days prior to the event date; 3rd / 4th  June 2022, to cancel or amend your booking without cancellation or penalty. This must be cancelled with the hotel directly with the exception of Premier Inn bookings and Group bookings of 8+
Can I just change the name of a guest?
Yes, you have up to 60 days prior to the event date to cancel or amend your booking without cancellation or penalty. This must be changed direct with the hotel.
I have booked a Double / Twin room for 2 guests, can I add a 3rd person?

No. Twin and Double rooms hold a maximum of 2 guests. 

Can I add breakfast?

Yes. Breakfast can be added to your booking for £10 per person per night where not included in the rate already. PLease advise hotel at time of reservation to access this rate. 

Is Breakfast included?

No. Room rates are excluding breakfast unless you have booked a hotel where it states breakfast is included. Breakfast is charged an additional £10 per person per night

Can I pay on check out for my room?

With most hotels you can pay on arrival / departre but you still need to provide a card to guarantee the room on reservation. There are exclusions so please confirm with hotel upon reservation. As cancellation is between 30 – 60 days (depending on hotel choice) payment may be taken at that time. 

I've contacted my chosen hotel but they do not have any rooms for Cherish?

Rooms are available at the preferred rate for a limited time only and for a limited number of rooms. These are offered on a first book basis and are not guaranteed. 

What happens when all the preferred rates are taken?

Each hotel has offered a select number for rooms for guests to book for Cherish. Once these have been taken the hotel may offer rooms at their best available rates.

What time can I check in?
Check In varies with each hotel but is typically available from 3pm for most hotels. Some hotels may offer early check in. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange this. 
What time is Check Out?
Check Out for most hotels is at 11am but may vary. Late Check Out can be arranged directly with the hotel for a charge. 
Can I leave my luggage?
Luggage can be left at your hotel via concierge services. Please liaise with your hotel on arrival to agree ahead of checking out. 
Is the parking at my hotel?
Please visit your hotel’s own website for full details on car parking options. 
How far is my hotel from the Event Venue?
All hotels are within the Life Church Bradford but for peace of mind please visit google maps to plan your journey 
How far is the event venue from the train station?
Life Church Bradford is aprox 1.1 miles from the Bradford Forster Square Train Station.
