About Your Booking


I booked a hotel for 2020/21 event, will my booking automatically transfer to 2022?
No. If you wish to make a booking for 2022 you will need to book again. Hotels, rates and terms are all subject to change. 
When will I be able to make a booking for 2022?
We expect to launch the APP with availability in May 2022.  
Will rates and terms be the same?
No. Each year the hotels offer new rates and terms. These will be fully listed and detailed on the APP. 
Can I book a room with you directly?
No. Individual room bookings must be made via the APP and online portal. Unless you have 10 or more rooms which is a group, then we can negotiate seperately on your behalf.
Will I have to pre-pay for my rooms?
No. All rooms booked via the APP will be fully flexible up to min 60 days prior to the event date. Please refer to your booking confirmation for full details. 
How will payment be taken?
All rooms will be paid for directly with the hotel. Payment instructions will be sent to you in March 2022. This allows each hotel time to upload the bookings made via the APP. 
Can I cancel my booking?
You have until 60 days prior to the event date; 2nd June 2022, to cancel or amend your booking without cancellation or penalty. This must be cancelled or amended via NK Events. Outside of this period full charges may apply.
Can I just change the name of a guest?
Yes, you have until 60 days prior to the event date to cancel or amend your booking without cancellation or penalty. This must be changed with NK Events. 
I have booked a Double / Twin room for 2 guests, can I add a 3rd person?

No. Twin and Double rooms hold a maximum of 2 guests. 

Can I add breakfast?

Yes. Breakfast can be added to your booking for £10 per person per night. This must be booked in advance via NK Events. Please email directly to add. 

Is Breakfast included?

No. Room rates are excluding breakfast unless you have booked a hotel where they offer complimentary breakfast. 

Can I pay on check out for my room?

Yes. Payment can be made on check out for room, breakfast (if added) and extras BUT a valid credit card must be provided to the hotel in March 2022 to guarantee the room. This will then be charged in the event of a no show or late cancellation

What time can I check in?
Check In varies with each hotel but is typically available from 3pm for most hotels. Some hotels may offer early check in. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange this. 
What time is Check Out?
Check Out for most hotels is at 11am but may vary. Late Check Out can be arranged directly with the hotel for a charge. 
Can I leave my luggage?
Luggage can be left at your hotel via concierge services. Please liaise with your hotel on arrival to agree ahead of checking out. 
Is the parking at my hotel?
Please visit your hotel’s own website for full details on car parking options. 
How far is my hotel from the Event Venue?
All hotels are within the city of Leeds but for peace of mind please visit google maps to plan your journeylink to google maps with Leeds arena destination
How far is the event venue from the train station?
Leeds Arena is aprox 0.7 miles from the Train Station.
