Terms and Conditions of Booking
Bookings made via NK Events Cherish portal for 2022 are confirmed upon receipt of unique booking ID provided in confirmation email. Confirmed bookings are secure but not guaranteed until payment details have been confirmed to secure the booking. Payment will be made directly with the Hotels and hotels will take card details from March 2022 only. Please DO NOT contact venues prior to this time. NK Events will contact you when it is time to arrange payment details.
Please be aware that card details, when provided, will be held as guarantee for ALL bookings and in a result of a no show or late cancellation, will be charged in full. Hotels will outline their full terms and conditions upon receipt of your guarantee card.
Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to check in date Thursday 2nd June 2022. Cancellation and Amendments after this time will be charged by the hotel.
Failure to secure your reservation when instructed to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled. You will receive an email notification in March 2022 via NK Events with instructions on how to update and complete your booking. Email reminders will be issued to notify you prior to cancellation.
Amendments to all bookings must be made in writing to bookings@nkevents.co.uk
Where multiple rooms have been booked, names must be confirmed no later 30 days prior to check in via NK EVENTS.
Payments are to the hotel directly. NK Events act as a third party support only.
All rooms are for 2 nights stays.
All rooms are on a room only board basis unless otherwise stated.
All rooms are inclusive of VAT at standard rate.
NK Events Ltd shall have no liability for any consequential loss arising out of or in connection with this Reservation
Arrivals, Departures and No Shows
Check in time is from 3.00pm onwards, unless otherwise stated by your individual hotel, check out time is from 10.00 am.
No Show means, in relation to each room booked as part of the reservation, where the guest booked in for the reservation has not arrived by the reservation date.
In the event of a No Show full charges apply. No refunds will permitted.
