I have booked a Double / Twin room for 2 guests, can I add a 3rd person?
No. Twin and Double rooms hold a maximum of 2 guests.
Can I add breakfast?
Yes. Breakfast can be added to your booking for £10 per person per night where not included in the rate already. PLease advise hotel at time of reservation to access this rate.
Is Breakfast included?
No. Room rates are excluding breakfast unless you have booked a hotel where it states breakfast is included. Breakfast is charged an additional £10 per person per night
Can I pay on check out for my room?
With most hotels you can pay on arrival / departre but you still need to provide a card to guarantee the room on reservation. There are exclusions so please confirm with hotel upon reservation. As cancellation is between 30 – 60 days (depending on hotel choice) payment may be taken at that time.
I've contacted my chosen hotel but they do not have any rooms for Cherish?
Rooms are available at the preferred rate for a limited time only and for a limited number of rooms. These are offered on a first book basis and are not guaranteed.
What happens when all the preferred rates are taken?
Each hotel has offered a select number for rooms for guests to book for Cherish. Once these have been taken the hotel may offer rooms at their best available rates.
